Shipping Policy

House of Kueens will process orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed Monday morning and orders placed on a holiday will be processed the following business day.

House of Kueens is not responsible for packages stating DELIVERED, if your tracking information states it’s been delivered and you haven’t received your order this must be taken up with the United State postal service.

To ensure that packages are properly delivered and shipment is received within the advertised time frame please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly please contact us at kueencare@houseofkueens.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address.
