We can’t always answer all your questions via social media however we hope we can answer some of your questions from our FAQ. If you do not find the answers to your questions please email kueencare@houseofkueens.com. Allow 1-3 business day for a response if not responded immediately.

 

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). Once order has shipped you will automatically receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation email.

Shipping information was entered incorrectly?

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP.  We will do our best to fulfill your request and update correct address. If we are unable to do so, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

I never received my package, what happened?

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the USPS. House of Kueens DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages stating DELIVERED.

I purchased an item with coupon code/promo and need to exchange size?

Items purchased under promotional period can be exchanged for a different size as long as it’s the exact item. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling.

What form of payments can I use?                         

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, ShopPay, PayPal, ApplePay and Google Pay.

I received my order and my item is damaged?

If you receive a defective item you have 2 days from when the tracking states “delivered” to contact us at kueencare@houseofkueens.com and inform us about the issue. If you do not contact us within 2 days your item(s) will not be considered for exchange or store credit.
